RULE OF LAW, According to dicey the rule of law is one of the fundamental principal of English  legal system.

The Rule of law includes three concept .....
  1. Supremacy of law 
  2. Equality Before the law and 
  3. The guarantee of citizens rights  
Supremacy of law : No man is above the law . A man may be punished for a breach of law but can be punished for nothing else. it excludes the existence of arbitrariness of prerogative 

Equality before the law : Every man whatever his rank is subject to the ordinary law and the jurisdiction of ordinary tribunals no special or administrative tribunal .

The guarantee of citizens rights : According to dicey many countries rights such personal liberty,freedom of moment etc .the constitution of Bangladesh guaranteed 18 fundamental right these are Article  (27-44).
